A calming Tai-Chi-Qigong standing energy-exercise class set in a beautiful
location overlooking the water and surrounded by nature
A perfect spot for a little walk after class in the spring / summer evenings
We keep the windows open a little to benefit from the location's abundant
Kong Qi (fresh air energy) which supports our energy work
During the darker evenings our room is lit with soft coloured lights to create
a nurturing womb-like feel
But in the lighter evenings, you'll be exercising to the view
of the sun setting through the trees just across the canal, warming the soul
This class involves about 45 minutes slow standing Qigong exercise and
10-15 minutes of guided meditation - seated on a chair
Float home in a state of bliss and sleep soundly
