Learn how to make various types of yeasted breads in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Learn various kneading techniques, how to tell when your dough is ready to shape and bake, best techniques for baking bread in a domestic oven and much more.
We'll make focaccia to accompany lunch, a basic loaf of your choice, soda bread, and fruit buns. There'll be plenty of bread to enjoy during the day and to take home.

This course runs from 9.30am-5pm.
Course includes all ingredients, materials & equipment, lunch & refreshments.
Recipes and instructional handouts will also be provided.
No previous baking experience required.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of £30 per person is required on booking, with the balance due 21 days before the class date. For bookings 21 days or less before the class date, the full fee is required. Deposits and fees are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend, you may of course send someone in your place; or I can re-advertise your place on the website and via my mailing list: if I am able to fill your place then I will issue a refund (less a 10% admin charge) or you can rebook for a later date. I understand that Course Cancellation insurance is available if you need peace of mind.
If a course has to be cancelled for any reason, you will be given as much notice as possible. You may choose to have your fee refunded in full or have your booking transferred to another date.
