1.By making your first payment, you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed herein. 2. Payments cover the preparation & issue of our publications as well as teaching support, which will guide the completion of the publications. 3. On occasions where hardware is loaned to pupils, a deposit of £100 is payable before the start date. The deposit will be returned at the end of the participation period provided all payment obligations are met. 4. Payments made are for a four week participation period (28 days) unless payments are made termly. Payments must be received on or before the due date. Payments should be made by Direct Debit. Other forms of payment may incur an additional £5 admin charge unless payments are made termly. 5. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure payments are made on time. Payment calendars are made available to assist parents with payment reminders. The payment calendar is your invoice for payment for the current year. It is your responsibility to ensure a payment calendar is received before the start date. 6. Payments not received by the due date may incur fines of £10 per week (or part of the week if the week is not complete) for the first six weeks until full payment is received. Participation suspensions may apply in the process but will in any case apply by the sixth week. 7. After the first 28 days of participating, your cancellation notice time for each subject is 2 months from the date you provide written instructions to your centre manager. Verbal notice to leave, whether over the phone or in person, is not acceptable. You must obtain written acknowledgement for your notice as proof that notice has been submitted. Departure within the notice period will result in a claim against you for the remaining term of the two months notice period, plus any late fines that incur. Your 2 months notice period will apply at the point we suspend participation for non-payment. 8. Cheque payments and Direct Debit payments that do not clear will incur an additional admin charge of £10 in addition to any late charges that apply as described above. 9. We do not issue refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights. 10. Pupils must be collected within 15 minutes of lessons ending. Thereafter we charge £8 per 30 minute session, or part of, to account for supervision costs. 11. As fees are chargeable for your enrolment period and not attendance, missed lessons are chargeable but rescheduled at mutual convenience. We will accommodate a maximum of 1 rescheduled lesson every 6 weeks, if the missed lesson is communicated to us by email or in writing before the absence. Publication material must be collected & completed for lessons that cannot be rescheduled to ensure pupils do not fall behind. 12. We reserve our discretionary right to expel any pupil from our program(s) without notice. 13. This agreement is transferable to any new company, partnership, sole trader or other organisation that may take over the business of this agreement. 14.
