Welcome to the website of the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Goodyear FG-1D Corsair, N9964Z
Video © Copyright 2009: Scott Slocum
© Copyright: Music: "Battle of Britain Theme", Ron Goodwin, 1969
This stunning air-to-air video was shot by Scott Slocum in January 2009. The Corsair was flown by Stuart Milson.
Filming was in Texas, and beautifully captured the Corsair during a winter's evening sunset.
The video will be most appreciated using the HQ (high quality) option once the video is started.
The accompanying music score by Ron Goodwin is from the feature film Battle of Britain, released in 1969.
(We advise viewers to keep the volume low initially as the music cuts in sharply)
