Harlan is a former law-enforcement officer and keen photographer of many subjects, who has provided countless wonderful images of the Corsair over many years at various events and locations, which are prominent on this website. He also assists with the Corsair at home-base in Lancaster when he can.

Harlan, wife Debbie, and son Tony reside in Irving, TX.
